चेहलुम कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सैयद मुख्तार हुसैन का दुखद निधन मुंबई, मालवणी, साई कॉलोनी, गेट नंबर 7 के रहवासी, कैफे इस्लामिया होटल के मालिक का 25/09/2020 दिन शुक्रवार को 9:30 बजे सुबह निधन हो गया, बताया जा रहा है कि वह लंबे समय से बीमार थे, वह एक बहुत ही लोकप्रिय व्यक्ति थे, उनकी एक विशेष योग्यता थी कि वह अपने क्षेत्रीय लोगों का हाल-चाल लेने उनके घर जाया करते थे, इसलिए वह सभी को बहुत प्रिय थे, धार्मिक क्षेत्र में उन्होंने बहुत सारे कार्य किए, शिया समुदाय का 18 सफर चेहलुम के जुलूस की शुरुआत उन्होंने ही की, जिसमें प्रतिवर्ष लोग बड़ी संख्या में शामिल होते हैं। सभी से अनुरोध है कि उनकी आत्मा की शांति के लिए प्रार्थना करें और मुस्लिम समुदाय उनके लिए सूरह फातिहा पढ़े, सैयद मुख्तार हुसैन इब्ने सैयद इजहार हुसैन।
